The historical real estate landscape on the South Shore of Long Island is constantly changing from old to new

A wise old man once told me, "they’re NOT making anymore waterfront homes so you had better pick from what’s already out there!"  He was half right.  Today’s waterfront buyers are picking from what is out there and knocking them down and building their DREAM homes.  The south shore is the prime example of this! Take a boat ride on the Great South Bay and you will see MANY new homes!  Take pictures now because the next time you take that same boat ride your liable to see even more new homes popping up and 10 years from now….who knows?  It may be that the South Shore of Long Island will become the NEW gold coast.  I think it’s half way there now!!
