<p>This past Sunday, September 12th, the New York Times featured Babylon Village in the its &#8220;Living In&#8230;&#8221; portion of the Real Estate section.  In it, our own Jim Netter, Broker/Owner of Netter Real Estate has this comment on the current Babylon Village real estate market:</p>
<p style="padding-left: 60px;">According to James A. Netter, the broker-owner of Netter Real Estate, the 110 homes for sale range from an unrenovated four-bedroom two-bath 1897 colonial, for $229,000, to a four-bedroom four-bath stone-and-stucco contemporary with two boat and two Jet Ski lifts, for $3.5 million. The average price of homes on the market in July was $520,495. “There is a certain panache to living in the village,” Mr. Netter said.</p>

<li><span style="font-size: x-small;">OTC  cortisone cream 2-3 times a day</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: x-small;">Anti-itch lotion such as calamine lotion</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: x-small;">OTC antihistamine such as Benadryl or Zyrtec</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: x-small;">Take an oatmeal bath</span></li>
</ol>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small;">But see the doctor if the over the counter products don’t work, blisters are oozing, or if you develop a fever of over  100° F</span></p>
