In 2002, after working with a myriad of Mortgage Brokers and Bankers, we decided to create our own.  We sought to mirror the success, camaraderie and family environment that has made Netter Real Estate the envy of many Realtors.

And thus our sister company:  Bridgewater Funding was born.

In keeping with our blending,  the best of of technology with the spirit of an Old World setting, Bridgewater Funding calls a stately solid brick building home.  While the bustle of our business lives in an original Town of Islip Town Hall, 577 Main Street, in the quaint hamlet of Islip, we stand ready to serve all our clients’ needs.

We are very proud of our staff of 27 loan officers (seven of which ‘habla espanol’).  They are overseen by eight top notch administrators, loan processors, and growth dreamers.

We are Registered Mortgage Brokers in New York, Florida, and Connecticut allowing us to care for the interest of our diverse clientele.
